Joonhong Min’s practice explores the psychological toll of hyper-connectivity and the chronic anxiety inherent in modern urban centers. Drawing from his time navigating both Seoul and London, Min critiques the sensory saturation and information overload of our increasingly virtual environments. By juxtaposing fragmented figures, commercial objects, and traditional symbols, his multimedia installations replicate the exhausting realities of mass consumption. His work serves as a necessary record of those resisting assimilation, inviting viewers to confront their own roles within a culture of exhaustion.
