In this series ‘Dubious Pattern Research’, the objects I have discovered and collected are visual substitutes that reveal my intention to represent the real city impression beyond the original use function and purpose. To this end, I reform and rearrange their forms. And, on their surface, the texture and colour of the city I wish to express are filled with acrylic painting, drawing and 3D structures.
